How to Play
Daily Net Zero - land your hand closest to zero. One deal per day.
The Cards
The deck is A through 10 in all four suits (no face cards).
Black cards (♠ ♣) add their value; red cards (♥ ♦) subtract theirs. An ace counts as 1.
Your hand's total is the sum of all your cards. Closest to zero wins.
The Play
Everyone starts with 2 cards and gets 3 rounds to improve.
Each round you either Stand (keep your hand), Draw (take a card off the deck, up to 5), or Swap.
There is always one face-up card on the table. To swap, tap one of your cards and then the face-up card - you take it, and the card you gave up becomes the new face-up card for everyone.
After rounds 1 and 2 the dice are rolled. Doubles trigger a Shift: every hand is thrown out and redrawn!
After round 3 all hands are revealed and the total closest to zero wins.
If two hands tie, the win goes to the positive total first - so +2 beats -2. Still level? The hand with more cards takes it, and after that the hand holding the single highest card - a pair of 7s beats a pair of 3s even though both make zero. Only if everything matches is the win shared.
